「被害者に寄り添い」性犯罪事件の鑑識技能向上めざす 全員女性警察官の鑑識の競技会 埼玉県内では初開催｜TBS NEWS DIG

埼玉県警で初めて、女性警察官のみが参加する鑑識の競技会が開かれました。

埼玉県川越市の川越警察署では20日、18人の女性警察官が、帰宅直後に男に下半身を触られた被害者の女性に聞き取りをしながら証拠の収集をおこなう想定で、鑑識の競技会が開かれました。

女性警察官だけによる鑑識の競技会は、埼玉県警では初めてだということです。

参加した警察官は、「辛い思いをしましたね」「無理せず思い出せる範囲で犯人の特徴を教えてください」など、声をかけながら聞き取りを行い、下着に付着した指紋などの証拠を特殊な道具を使い集めていました。

「あなたのような悲しい思いをする人が出ないようにご協力下さい」

警察によりますと、今年10月末まで埼玉県内では、女性が被害に遭う性犯罪が696件起きていて、すでに去年1年間発生した性犯罪の発生件数をおよそ180件上回っているということです。

埼玉県警は、「辛い思いをした被害者に寄り添い、犯人検挙に大きく影響を与える鑑識の技術向上につなげて欲しい」としています。
